I found Gadd Properties to be an excellent developer, they: - Selected a primal development location, quiet yet still very close to all critical amenities (rare in new build), - Provided me with a high quality build, constructed from robust materials, completed with workmanship second to none, - Made every effort to engage with me from the onset of registering my interest, through sale and thereafter, provided me with a beautifully finished home, to my desired specification, - Are kind, friendly and very knowledgable, have answered all my questions before and after moving in and are making effort to fix any niggles found. I would highly recommend investing in a home with Gadd Properties.

We recently purchased our home from Gadds Properties and have had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. The build quality of our home has been impressive, and it is clear that great care and attention to detail have gone into the construction. A special mention goes to Bradley, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our journey. He was always available to answer questions and made the whole buying process feel smooth and stress-free. We have also been very pleased with the aftercare service led by Chris and Kieran. Any queries or minor issues we have raised have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, which has given us confidence that customer satisfaction remains a priority even after completion.Chris and Kieran have been approachable, responsive, and committed to ensuring everything has been resolved to a high standard. Thank you to Bradley, Chris, Kieran and the entire team at Gadds Properties for helping us find our beautiful new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Gadds Properties to anyone looking to purchase a new-build home.

My partner and I moved into a Gadd property in July 2025. We can highly recommend them as a developer. Bradley, Chris and Kieran were very accommodating and helpful throughout the house buying process. On site visits, feedback was welcome and adjustments were made where possible. The building and carpentry is of a high quality and compares favourably to the rest of the new build market. We absolutely love our new home.

We bought a new house from Gadd Properties Ltd. in Taunton Somerset in 2019. This is the second home they have built for us. After 5 years we are still just as happy with the build quality. We have lived in many properties over the years and for us, this is the one that satisfies our needs for living and having visitors. A small but dedicated team producing a quality product. We would highly recommend them as trustworthy builders.
