Tim and the lads done a great job fitting a new velux window. Very happy with the job. Was very clean and tidy. Very professional. Would highly recommend I will be using them again in the future

Lees Builders quoted to hand cut and tile a roof on a new build. Communication was great, the team sent over a quote and showed where options would adjust the price. The team on site were very professional, neat and communication was great. The work was completed on time with an impressive level of finish. Of particular note was the finish level on construction that was invisible once finished. You will find cheaper, I doubt you???ll find better, or better value in the long run.

This is the third "job" Lees Building Contractors have done for us. The workmanship is second to non. Tim takes personal pride in all his work and he and his team are so pleasant and helpful. They cause as little disruption as possible and leave the site tidy at the end of each day. Thank you for all your advice and help. We will miss you. We would highly recommend you to anyone who wants an excellent standard of work. Thank you for our beautiful wet room. ????

We worked with Tim and the team on our full home renovation, and I cannot express how incredibly happy we are with everything that they did. The guys are on time, every day; They are polite, respectful of your space and display truly exemplary craftsmanship. They also made sure to tidy up thoroughly at the end of every single day, which made the renovation process so much easier to manage; living in the house with our 2 year old and our dog. What really sets this company apart is their mindset. For Tim, there are no problems???only solutions. The team handled every aspect of our renovation with professionalism, skill and a positive attitude. We are so very happy with our beautifully transformed home. Tim, Chris, Steve, Florin, Jack, Adam and Justin are fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend Lees Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier building company.

Tim and his team were absolutely brilliant - friendly and professional they clearly take pride in their work. They were efficient, reliable, and always easy to contact, keeping us informed every step of the way. They did an excellent job refelting the edge of the roof, replacing batons, and fully squirrel - and rodent-proofing the roof after an infestation. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, and the site was left tidy. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Lees Building Contractors.
