As landlords and managing agents of historical complex buildings we have now used this company for many years through some difficult times. They have integrity and commitment to high standards. They have considerable knowledge and experience, working also and showing respect for other professionals such as agents and surveyors. They have been involved with council officers and assisted with compliance legislation. Their staff have considerable knowledge and experience. They supervise and only use competent specialist subcontractors where required. They are trustworthy and respected by tenants, knowing they are honest and trusted. If there are ever any issues, they have always been dealt with in a timely manner and resolved to mutual satisfaction with respect to all parties. No poor attitudes or unknown hidden charges with this company. Whether you are a freeholder, landlord, agent or private homeowner, I would recommend this company.

We had Ian and Dean in from Westoaks after a flood and they fitted new ceilings and redecorated. They were fantastic! Really great guys who worked hard and were very accommodating of any requests. Really happy with the standard of work and would recommend. Joe and Rebecca

From the start we couldn’t have been happier with the service west oaks provided. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of work was impeccable. All of the guys who came and worked on our project were fantastic, I must send a special thanks to Alfie who saw us through to the end and was a true craftsman. Jake was in constant contact to make sure we were happy. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
