Chris and his team at SanRis have done an amazing job rescuing our home. All the reasons to choose them on their website apply ??? they are without exception hard working, honest and the quality of their work has been fantastic. Nothing was too much to bother, they kept me fully appraised of progress and had no problem delivering on time. They have exceeded expectations and now the house really is a home. I can???t praise them enough and would recommend them without question and would certainly use them again. A totally professional outfit.

We had SanRis for our extension which involved demolishing old small extension, moving drains and then building large extension, fitting a new kitchen, utility and shower room as well as putting in a new patio and rendering the extension exterior wall. Fantastic job from start to finish. Kept us informed all the way. The final result is beautiful. We really really love it.

SanRis completely refurbished my house in Regent Street,Whitstable including creating a new kitchen diner extension, installing a new downstairs shower and utility room, removing old fireplaces to reconfigure two bedrooms and enlarging a third bedroom and creating a second bathroom as well as laying a new garden. Simon and his team could not have been more professional and reassuring. They liased with inspection services, recommended flooring and bathroom companies and oversaw all of the work. The project faced a number of complications but at every stage nothing was too much for the team. The quality of their workmanship is superb and where there have been snagging issues they have dealt with every one. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are an honest, local family business and I feel grateful that they undertook this project.

Over the last 6 months & during a global pandemic, Sanris Builders have carried out a range of work at our home. Building an extension & converting existing space to a fourth bedroom with ensuite, snug & study. The extension gave us a larger kitchen & dining room and our outside space was greatly improved with a large composite decking area. Sanris carried out all of the work to an excellent standard & all of their tradesmen were both professional & friendly. We had somebody on site every working day other than during thick snow & the directors Chris & Simon & the project manager, Adrian were also either on site or in in contact almost every day. We are delighted with the result & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very highly. Thanks for a great job :) R & L Hayes. (Photos show before & after)

Excellent service from start to finish, a most professional company. I would highly recommend this wonderful family run business, in fact we are going to be using them straight away on our second project now too. They managed to bring to fruition our dream house, with style, a great finish and always remaining polite and friendly, even while up against some very tricky situations, to say the least! :-)
