Gareth and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen. They listen to what you ask and solve any problems that arise. Professional and great to have around.

We are delighted with the extension Bray Building Developments built for us. The build has been completed to a high standard of quality and the expertise of his craftsmen is evident throughout. Gareth???s team were friendly, professional and respectful of our home and our wishes at all times. Gareth was always available to address concerns and talk us through any issues as they arose. All in all a 5 star service from the team, thanks to all! Jase & Suzi (Lake View Drive)

We were recommended to use Bray and the job we had turned into a much bigger job than previously thought. It was technical (water ingress and plumbing issues) and also cosmetic (feature wall, built ins, bathroom reno) and they never left until it was all done, accommodating our changing needs. The team are trustworthy and tidy. I???d be nervous about using anyone else going forward as we have had 40 years experience of using builders, on various homes, and they are the best. Using Bray you realise how a job should be done. Highly recommend. What a nice firm.

We had a single-story kitchen extension & raised patio built by BBD and received a 5* service. We were given a quote in record time and they were more than happy to chat through the many (many!) questions we had. Communication was fantastic throughout, and the team were polite, hardworking, and professional. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship really stood out. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to be flexible with elements of the design as the build progressed. They were also extremely reliable which really set them apart from some of the other businesses we???ve used! We???d highly recommend BBD to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled builders. A huge thank you to the BBD team for all your work!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Gareth and his team from start to finish. The professionalism and workmanship of the tradesman has been outstanding and at times they have gone over and above to complete the job to a very high standard (new GRP flat roof and arched skylights). I???m more than happy with the quality of the finished job and based on my experience I would certainly recommend BBD to my family and friends.
