A huge thank you to Lee and the guys for an incredible job converting our loft into a stunning bedroom & bathroom. It has completely transformed our home, and we couldn???t be happier. Lee and the team are profession with attention to every single detail. The build was managed for us and Lee was so patient often giving sound advice when we got stuck on a decision. Every member of the team was courteous, tidy, and skilled, and it was genuinely a pleasure having them around. Thank you again for your hard work, care, and craftsmanship. We would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of having doing similar work.

Lee and the team have carried out a range of stunning building projects for me over the last 10 years. Lee understands the vision of his clients and makes that vision a reality. Lee has the knowledge and experience to problem solve effectively with the support of a range of trades. Lee prides himself on completing all aspects of the build properly and finishing to an exceptionally high standard.

LW Construction did an extension for my husband and I a few years ago. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lee managed the whole thing from start to finish, he is very diligent in his work and maintained a tidy and safe environment at all times. Disruption to the home was kept to a minimum and we were kept informed at all stages of the build. We didn't want a flat roof so Lee utilised his considerable construction knowledge to design the perfect roof structure. We were so pleased with the extension we had Lee remodel our garden as well. The work was carried out in a timely manner and was of an exceptionally high standard. We were absolutely delighted with the finished product, both inside and out.

I met Lee a year in advance of him starting work on my loft conversion. I didn???t have any doubts in that time, knowing LW construction was the right company for me. Lee and his team are professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Lee is always on site and gives advanced notice if he???s not going to be there. They arrive promptly every morning ready to start work, and continue to do so until the project is complete, I thought this was a additional quality and important as you don???t have the stress of wondering if they are coming. More though is Lee???s knowledge skill and qualifications, the advice he gives during the build. Lee would often come up with alternative suggestions in an informal way, he would go to the trouble of demonstrating why something wouldn???t work, again suggesting an alternative. You will struggle to find anyone as professional dedicated and hardworking as Lee and his team.

Had a loft covertion constructed at my 3 bed semi-detached house. All completed on time and to spec. From our personal experience L W Constuction were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Lee whose business it is a genuine friendly guy who I would recommend wholeheartedly. Cheers for everything guys!
