had a kitchen fitted by this company and the workmanship was unacceptable. The LVT flooring was installed so poorly that it has completely lifted ??? something that should never happen with a brand new professional installation. What???s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. I have been trying to get this resolved for over six months. I???ve had repeated promises that someone would come and inspect the issue, but no one ever shows up. Most of the time, calls and messages are simply ignored. This is not just poor workmanship, it???s appalling customer service. Once they???ve been paid, they clearly have no interest in putting things right. I will now have to pay more money to use another company to fix the issues that shouldn???t haven???t happend in the first place.

Had a bathroom fitted almost 5 years ago. At first all friendly and professional. Now 5 years later the shower tray split due feet not being fitted properly 3 feet standing out of 6 rolling around under the tray not fixed/glued, The drainage wasn???t fitted properly which has now led to rotting timber frame at the bottom of the wall and nearly rotted the floorboards. The floor tiles are now beginning to crack as not enough adhesive and lack of primer has been used underneath them with 4mm thick wood fitted with nails not screwed and floor being very uneven. 3 months in the shower kept cutting out and has been ongoing on the past 5 years then another fitter came out the MCB was for a 8 kw shower not a 10 which is dangerous. Overall was friendly but now dealing with the consequences.

Very disappointed....Nice friendly bloke but terrible workmanship. I have been left with many problems which I highlighted with him over a month ago. Have heard nothing from him after he said he would be back to sort out the issues. Frustrated that I trusted him and also paid in full and on time. My advice if you want a small ??50 job doing use TM Builders. If your spending thousands find someone who is competent to carry out quality workmanship.

It's a shame that despite numerous calls and texts, to which we received no reply, he didn't come back and finish the job he started. Solved the original problem for which we paid promptly and in full, but left us with a hole in a wall that we've now got to pay someone else to repair.

Love our new veranda and patio - it looks even better than we imagined it would. Nothing was too much trouble for TM Builders, they worked so hard and were very professional. Highly recommended.
