Jay and his team were a pleasure to work with. They worked over the weekend to fit us in last minute to their already busy schedule which was much appreciated. They were professional and knowledgeable and after completing the job went through in detail how the systems worked (installation of a rainwater harvesting system with mains water back up and plumbing for kitchen and bathroom for a commercial build). We wish they had been involved sooner with the initial design...it would have saved us a lot of headaches!

I would throughly recommend Jay & Louise at JL Builds Southwest Ltd. Jay was doing a job for my neighbor and I asked on the off chance if he could fit in a job for us. Not only did he welcome the opportunity, which is rare. Louise contacted me with a price and booking slot for the very next day.Great service and they will now be my go to company for any work that we need doing in the future. Thanks guys.

Completed our 60m boundary fence proficiently and on time. The best local builder to deal with that I've come across. He dealt amazingly well with a difficult and litigous neighbour. I strongly recommend JLBuilds.

Amazing work carried out by JL Builds. The whole process was easy from start to finish, carried out an initial meeting to measure up and quote. Once we agreed on price they quickly set a date. They arrived on time, were polite and professional all throughout. We had a 4ft picket fence at the front of our property and a 6ft feather edge fence along one side of our back garden. The final products are of high quality, they offered advice on positioning and heights, but didn't pressure us to make decisions, and gave us time to decide. We would use them again on future projects. Highly recommend.

What can I say , amazing job done by Jay & Jamie. Communication with Jay about the job was really good and arrived on time. They cracked on with the job in hand straight away , building me a fence that definitely won???t be blowing down in any storm , well built and extremely sturdy. They worked quickly and had my fence up within 4 hours a lot quicker than I expected. Once complete they cleaned the area and then took away the old fencing and posts. Cheers Jay , highly recommended. Added a before and after pic , so you can see the great work they both put into the new fence
