Having had numerous builders let???s us down we approached Jody for a quotation for the works too remove our existing conservatory and create a more open plan living space with new kitchen, the whole teams approach was a can do attitude, they faced extremely tough weather conditions and delivered the project well within the time frame and on budget, as always we started one job and kept adding other bits in which Jody fully accommodated, fully transparent pricing and a 5* delivery, we look forward too welcoming them back next year for further works, once again thanks, Luke

Thank you to Jody and all the guys at JMT Wood for renovating our living room, porch, stairs and landing. The main thing we needed was for a large chimney breast to be removed and the relevant structural works along with it. We also had the old, crumbly walls fixed to look brand new as well as new, doors, skirting, archtraves, electrics and plumbing. Overall Jody and the team did a absolutely fantastic job. The works started on the 1 December with the promise all would be finished before Christmas, all the major works were signed off on 19 December, and Jody put us in touch with decoraters and a carpet fitter which meant the entire job was finished by 23 December. It was an incredible turnaround. I counted 18 individual people involved and it was like clockwork each tradesman coming in and out when required. Jody was great at communicating throughout, we had some unexpected minor problems with the state of the walls/plaster, which meant an extra days work would be necessary and Jody was very clear on the impact to our budget. As well as daily communication on how things were going I also thank Jody for his patience and reassurance by answer my numerous and sometimes stupid questions! I would highly recommend JMT Wood, the team delivered high quality work, on budget and on time. We will definitely be calling on Jody for our next project, which will hopefully be an extension in a couple of years time. Thank you Jody and the team at JMT Wood. Rob & Emma

We are really happy with the renovations that Jody and team have just finished for us. It involved opening up our kitchen-diner (removing the remaining part of the old back wall, putting in new steels etc), new window and bi-fold doors in back wall, new kitchen, new utility room and downstairs WC, underfloor heating and beautifully laid new flooring throughout the whole of the ground floor, new family bathroom and also refitting most of the shower room in the loft conversion. It was a lot! It???s been such a great experience working with JMT Wood compared to stories you hear of some other firms and would thoroughly recommend! In fact they???re already working on a relative???s house after we recommended them. The honest and clear communication was really appreciated. Jody and team are people we felt confident we could trust with our house and that???s how it proved. The level of workmanship was very high too and everyone involved wanted to make sure it was done right and finished to a high level. We love the results and have had lots of compliments on it from others too. There have been so many people who???ve played their part on site and too many to include them all here but special mention to Ben as the person who was always here all day every day for the main phase of the project. Great workmanship, attention to detail and always checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. If you???re unsure about who to get for any house renovations we???re really confident Jody / JMT Wood will be a great choice!

Massive thank you to all at JMT Wood Build Ltd for the excellent lounge/diner knock-through, single storey utility & downstairs loo, patio, fence, numerous repairs & replacements for my lovely new home. I am extremely pleased with the final results and look forward to many years of happily living here. I was particularly impressed with the kind, helpful ???can-do??? attitude shown to me. I have never had any building works done before and knew it would be stressful living here whilst they did all the many things I had requested. It was made particularly difficult for all involved as I have no back access, so everything had to be carried in & out via the house. The guys tidied/brushed up neatly every night making the experience less stressful for me. ???? Special thanks to Ben & Justin for their expertise and high quality workmanship on the building of my extension and for their neat, competent wall-bashing techniques for my knock-throughs. Also to Chris & Jordan for their untiring work on the very physical preparation work needed digging/prepping the foundations for my extension. Many thanks to Jody for rushing around planning, advising and co-ordinating all the necessary permissions, staffing, trades, delivery/removal of materials/waste. I would very happily use the company again. Thank you all so much. Bee

We had Jody and his team do a knock-through and extension at the rear of our house. We designed the project and planned for parts of it to be done by my husband, which Jody was able to accommodate really easily, working well with my husband and fitting in with our time scale. They were so easy to work with. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. Jody's communication was great, he was always happy to answer questions and responded promptly. My husband is a joiner and he was very impressed with all the carpentry. It was very rainy (wettest February on record!) but that didn't stop them; the team worked really hard and still achieved everything on time and in budget. We were so impressed with the rate of progress and many of our neighbours kept saying how well they were getting on despite the conditions! We are really happy with the result and now have a lovely large kitchen diner for our whole family to enjoy. We would highly recommend JMT Wood Build to anyone. Stop your search and get in touch with Jody! Here are some pics. We're doing the final stages ourselves, so not finished yet, but these delays are nothing to do with Jody!
