I have used Nick for a bedroom project which at first everything was fine and I was happy about finally getting started with. As time went on, the project seemed to take a back foot in their priorities. I can semi understand as it was a small job, however, I was told a few times that they would make an appearance and never did so I ended up wasting a day expecting someone to turn up just to be disappointed. When the work was eventually done and they were paid, the plaster turned out very patchy and full of gaps, the lines were also not straight. See pictures. I tried to arrange for them to come back and fill the gaps and instead, they told me they had "more important insurance jobs because of the recent bad weather" and then severed all communication and have been impossible to get hold of since. I have now had to employ a 2nd plasterer who said the only real way to fix it is to chip away and start again. From my own experiences, I would not recommend this contractor **Edit: In response to your response, I'd say this is good evidence to why online reviews aren't a waste of time; so that poor quality work and service doesn't go unnoticed. Nick kindly agreed to come and repair our stone wall as a matter of priority due to the unexpected & sudden weather related damage to our wall. Nick and his son have been a pleasure to work with and have worked hard to get the job done to a great standard. They have been great to communicate with & friendly and polite.
