Julius recently completely gutted and renovated my shower room, and I couldn???t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, the whole project was managed well ??? Julius handled the carpentry and plumbing, and coordinated specialist trades such as the tiler and electrician ??? which made the entire process seamless. What really set this job apart was the level of trust and communication throughout. I wasn???t able to be on site during the works, so I had to hand over the keys and rely entirely on the Julius???s professionalism and integrity. He kept me regularly updated with progress, was completely transparent about how things were going, with regular calls and photos. The finished shower room looks amazing, everything was completed to a high standard, and on time to a tight deadline. If you???re looking for a great communicator who is reliable, trustworthy, and capable of managing a full renovation project from beginning to end ??? particularly if you can???t be present yourself ??? I would recommend Julius without hesitation. Simon - Sun Deck, St Ives.

Julius was wonderful - helped us out of a tight spot when some furniture broke in our RV while we were touring the south coast. He did a great job and was very reasonable. 10/10

Julius has gone above and beyond my expectations with his level of professionalism and expertise whilst fitting our new kitchen. From day 1 he has communicated well with us and with fellow tradesmen to bring the plan together is a smooth and timely manner. Even with the COVID-19 lockdown bringing the job to a halt half-way through he made sure we had everything we needed (running water, power etc) in the kitchen so we weren???t without. A perfectionist at heart Julius didn???t hesitate to cast a critical eye over the designs and added his thoughts and opinions which always were the best route to follow. If you???re looking for a dedicated, hard-working, professional company to carry out work please do not look any further!. Thank you again St Ives Property Maintenance for all your hard work!

Julius is very thorough and produces a high quality of work. He worked with us to our designs, helping to solve problems along the way. He completely remodelled 3 small rooms into one luxury bathroom as well as refurbishing a small WC. Very happy with the results.

Installing our replacement deck went without a hitch. The final product looks great and seems to be of very high quality. Julius was really on the ball, easy to deal with and accommodating. He was prompt in replying to all emails and phone-calls and sent a comprehensive quote which he kept to. We arranged a date well in advance and he turned up on the agreed date with all the materials, tools and energy ready to go. He finished in the estimated time period and was all done and dusted, having sent the invoice with no delay. JB Services definitely comes recommended! Stephanie Wright, St Ives.
