The first time we met Tom he immediately put us at ease with his friendly and positive attitude. Tom had clearly studied the plans I'd sent him in advance of our meeting as he identified an area of the design that could be improved and explained why. Putting us in touch with a previous client allowed us to see the fantastic quality of Elements SW work and the client spoke in glowing terms about the whole Elements team. This gave us the confidence to ask Tom and his team to build our extension. As I was living off site for the majority of the build it was really important that I was in regular contact with Tom, he sent me regular updates by WhatsApp and photo's of the progress each week. Communication throughout the whole build was first rate, I knew exactly what was going on even without being present. As the build progressed Tom discussed design alternatives with us, all of which turned out to be improvements. We very much appreciated this input and advice. The estimate Elements SW provided turned out to be very accurate (it actually came in slightly under estimate) and all the build stages were clearly identified and detailed in the invoices. When I was on site it was always very tidy, even the neighbours commented on just how tidy and professional the builders were throughout. The quality of the build really does speak for itself, we couldn't be happier with the finished article and the whole build process. I thoroughly recommend Elements SW and hope to work with them again in future!

Really enjoy working with Tom and his team. Elements Build SW have collaborated closely with Marraum on several projects, consistently delivering renovations to a very high standard and ensuring client satisfaction throughout. We highly recommend these contractors and look forward to working on many more projects in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased with this firm! The work area tidy throughout the job, always arrived on time and completed the job in the advised time frame. Most importantly, the quality of their work was fantastic. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident. I Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and professional builder! Will definitely hire again for future projects.

Elements build did a complete house renovation for us. Roof off, floors out. Just four walls left. What Tom, Ollie and the guys created for us was amazing! Excellent communication throughout the project. Great attention to detail. A very creative company with a can do attitude. Thank you for bringing our dream to life.

Excellent service from Tom and his team throughout the build. They delivered everything on time and to a great standard - I would not hesitate to recommend Elements build for any future projects.
