I chose Molyneaux Builders to build my new bungalow after obtaining several quotes. Their quote was the most detailed and transparent, making it easy to manage the budget and understand exactly what I was paying for. Gavin is knowledgeable, hardworking, and an excellent project manager. The build was completed on time and on budget, and his communication and commitment meant the whole project ran smoothly without any added stress. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and I've received many compliments on the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Molyneaux Builders.

I have worked (on the design side) with Gavin and the team for 5 years on too many projects to list. Having seen first hand the quality of thier work, speed, reliability, honesty and fair pricing; I always recommend Molyneaux Builders to my clients. When I needed work doing on my property I knew who to call; They removed old concrete lintels and fitted replacement oak lintels to our barn conversion, then also undertook a dig out down to 2 meters along the back of the house, installed tanking membrane, land and storm drains and refilled and regarded the land all within the space of 4 days. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Great work guys!

Gavin and his skilled team have done a few projects for us over the years. The work is always done promptly with great communication and punctuality. A superb local tradesman who you can rely on to compete projects from start to finish. Many thanks
