I can only speak from my own experience, but unfortunately it was a very poor one. Insulation was delivered to my home on a Thursday for work scheduled to begin the following Monday. The materials were left directly on the ground, uncovered, and in very poor condition. When I raised legitimate concerns about this and provided photographic evidence directly to the Director, rather than addressing the issue, the company simply withdrew from the job and left me in a difficult position. There had already been red flags ??? I was initially given a start date verbally, only for it to be changed later with the blame placed on office staff. Integrity and honesty are everything in this kind of work, and sadly I did not see either. The company have also suggested that because I did not proceed with a previous builder, this somehow absolves them of responsibility. I completely reject this. Their responsibility lies in their own actions and standards, not in the choices I made before engaging them. It???s a shame I cannot share the photographs here, as they clearly show the poor condition of the materials and highlight the level of customer service I received.

Outstanding!! , Luke and his team did a new build for us, 6 bedroomed detached house, they did all the ground works, all the building, drainage and roofing using their own men, his men were superb, professional in every way, they built my new, very large house, & completed it, all within 12 months, this was finished, electrics, plumbing everything. I cannot recommend them enough, the house was built traditionally, concrete block and render finish, they laid in excess of 28.000 blocks by hand, today we have had just minamol shrinkage and had the decorators back just once, which I think is amazing comapired to timber build. Don't look any further when considering building works, I guarantee you will be impressed Austen Salton

I???ve contracted a number of building companies over the years and only wish I???d come across Dingle Construction sooner. From the outset it was clear that these are consummate skilled professionals who care greatly about the quality of their work, the satisfaction of their customer and the reputation of their business. Engagement with the owner/director Luke Dingle throughout the whole project, from inception to completion, has been nothing short of superb; excellent comms, advice and availability. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic local business. This team have delivered not one but two large veterinary practices for us - Newquay and Summercourt - within the space of one year. From the laying of the first breeze block to the design and construction of a specialised CT scanning facility, and everything in-between, they've been kind, efficient, effective, innovative, and worked at a bewildering pace. Their achievements and support for us have been incredible, and we would all wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Simply brilliant.
