L&J Pro Builders recently completed an eight-month renovation of our house in Looe, including structural work to create an open-plan space, a loft conversion, new electrics, plumbing, bathrooms and kitchen. Their work was excellent throughout, and their experience with awkward sites and access proved invaluable. We???re delighted with the finished result and would happily recommend them.

I needed the the large flat roof over my garage and car port replacing, and picked these builders after seeing the cracking job they did on Polperro Chapel roof. Very reasonable quote and they started within a week- Professional team with good attention to detail. Great job and thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

The L&J team have recently completed two significant pieces of work for me. They replaced the roof on my extension and then fitted bi-fold doors in the extension at the same time insulating the walls and floor. In addition, they organised for my windows and doors to be replaced, and a carpet to be sourced and fitted. Given my property isn't in the most accessible area of Looe, this never seemed to be an issue for them. The friendly team always turned up as planned (apart from when Mother Nature intervened), and let me know how they were progressing whenever I asked. The work has been completed to an excellent standard and with the couple of minor snagging issues (as there always are), these have been resolved quickly. All being well, I hope to use L&J for more renovation work this year.

L & J pro just competed a re-roofing project for us in Looe and done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. The roof looks amazing.

We are very happy with the way the communicated with us. James was very responsive and good to agree details with. We had all the tiles removed and new membrane and batons and venting tiles and gutter venting fitted. D, The roofer was really professional and understood our requirements and worked really hard. Even their young guy Tom, who had been with the company 2 months was making sure everything was clean and tidy after they had finished. Great Job L & J Pro. We hope to use them in the future.
