I honestly can't thank Dan and Nathan from Cornwall construction and developments ltd enough. They are both Gentleman and amazing at what they do. Myself and my wife have had issues with our roof due to Storm Goretti and originally had no success in getting anyone out to fix the issue. These other companies either ignored us with no response or kept promising to come out and then being a no show. We were then passed Cornwall Construction and developments ltd details and They assessed and had resolved the issue in a matter of days and for a reasonable price. Bloody amazing! They have honestly made our day and as my wife has said, given her the best birthday present ever. I cannot recommend Dan and Nathan enough. I will happily call these guys again in the future to deal with any future issues or projects. If anyone is stuck and needs any work done, Then I highly suggest that you give Cornwall Construction and developments LTD a call, you won't regret it. Thanks again.

Dan of Cornwall Construction and development was fab from the start, very responsive to messages. We had damage to our roof after a recent storm. Dan was quick to reply and arrived promptly to assess the damage and repaired the roof the same day. The roof now looks fab, far neater than before. All old tiles and rubble taken away. I would not hesitate to use them again. A fantastic job done. Thank you ????

A great team, fantastic work ethic & true craftsmen within their trade! CCAD have been on a Year Long project helping us constantly refurbish and develop what was a very run down local pub. The pub is now thriving and has had a new lease of life and we cant thank the CCAD team enough for there support, commitment & hard work. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dan/Dec and their team have been brilliant from start to finish building our dream home. Honest and hard working lads who have helped guide us first time builders through the process. They are a multi skilled team who can perform all skills from carpentry to electrical works, the price is fair and we would thoroughly recommend them for any building works that you may require.

I needed a new Floor and laminate laid, plus skirting boards. I wanted the job done while on holiday so needed someone i could trust. Dan at Cornwall Construction and Development gave a great quote and did the job on time and on budget. When i returned from holiday everything was perfect, as the picture shows. All rubbish had been taken away and the room thoroughly cleaned. I can highly recommend the workmanship and reliability from this company, thanks Dan!! From Trevor Smith Redruth
