We chose Ella Rose to undertake two full bathroom renovations at our house. Michael came to quote for the work and we found him to be professional, likeable and well mannered. The quote was given to us and scope of works explained thoroughly, something we hadn???t had from previous builders used. This gave us the confidence that whilst not the cheapest quote we sought, it was by far the best for level of detail and workmanship displayed on his social media, within brochures and from other pictures we had seen. It???s not often you find a builder that is so easy to like and discuss your needs with. The workmen who work for Michael are also polite, thoughtful and very skilled, to a high standard. We were informed at every stage at what was happening, we were asked for our input into where things should go and how we wanted layouts etc. making us feel very much a part of the design and final look of our rooms. All in all we were very happy with Ella Rose and in truth would have no doubts in recommending them to friends and family as we have already. Thank you Ella Rose and thank you Michael! We will be using you again as we discussed in the not so distant future..

Ella Rose was recommended several years ago, and after following on FB and seeing their completed projects decided on inviting them to quote for the work required. On meeting Michael we found him polite and professional, he listened to our ideas, gave suggestions and we decided to go ahead with the extensions. Not only does Micheal work on site he also operates the business professionally, arranging material deliveries, grab lorries and skips so that everything runs smoothly. He has a dedicated team all with their own specialist trades. We found them all polite and very approachable, always had time to listen and discuss any questions we may have. They work and support each other making a very successful team. It's worrying having builders working for 12 weeks, while still living at the property but they soon put us at ease. They arrived promptly each day, treated us and our home with respect and left leaving things tidy and secure. I'm glad that we chose Ella-Rose for our project, and have already spoken about them returning next year to undertake another project for us. I cannot thank Michael and his team enough for the work completed this time and would definitely recommend them if you are considering any building or renovations in the future.

When you are looking for company to build you your dream house people prioritise different things. As a family with young children who had planned and saved for this work for 5 years we needed to know how long we needed to move out for and an accurate quote for how much money we needed to save. When Ella-Rose quoted our job many people told us it would likely run over, as all building jobs do, and there was likely to be hidden costs. ERBS told us our job would take 14 weeks and 14 weeks to the day we were back in our house, and the price they quoted we didn't pay a penny over. Not one hidden cost anywhere. Micheal and all his team were on site every single day, they are all friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. They even adopted our cat as part of the team for the duration of the project. All our neighbours couldn't speak any higher of their work ethic and communication with them. I also highly recommend using the contacts Micheal has for tiles, bathroom suites and the kitchen. The service and price we recieved from David at Belgroves, Jade at HPS Crayford and James at Howdens was exceptional. Thankyou so much to Micheal and all his team for giving us our dream home.

From the very initial quote email, to the handing back of my keys, the service from the whole team at E.R.B.S has been top quality. My main priority when choosing a builder for my 2-storey extension, was finding a team who would stick to time frames, have no hidden costs, and ultimately make my house liveable to move back in to. E.R.B.S ticked all these boxes and more. The main selling points were the fact they only work on one job at a time, and the quote included lots of other extras, which would be add-ons for other firms (i.e. including more sockets). Mike and his team were efficient, professional, quick, clean and considerate. All my neighbours raved about them, and haven't stopped giving them glowing reviews. I can't recommend E.R.B.S enough. Mike was always at the end of a phone call or text throughout the build. The recommendations given for tiles and bathrooms companies were brilliant, and the suggestions on my build were great. There were no hiccups throughout the build, and only a slight delay with my doors, but I did choose a unique design. E.R.B.S were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that we have decided to go ahead with them. Everyone on the team is friendly, professional, hard working and of course very skilled. Michael overlooks the project from start to finish and delivers what was promised. They did the complete remodel of my bathroom including plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, resizing the window and installing the shower/toilet/accessories. I never knew my bathroom can look so great but now it does thanks to Michael and his team. Would recommend them and definitely will use them again. Big thanks to the whole Team!
