We are most happy to recommend Sean and his team for any building projects, particularly new builds. We bough an old bungalow in 2018 and decided to have it demolished and rebuilt. We invited bids from local reputable builders Sean being one of the short list contenders. We eventually went for Sean???s team for the details he provided in his paperwork and also the flexibility he was willing to make provision for (as we wanted to have our own choice of building materials, smart system and kitchen and wardrobe fittings etc.). The demolition in July 2019 was quick and trouble free and the building work commenced immediately afterwards. Like any building projects there were differences between the architect, structural engineer and the construction team on site which was not helped by our amateur input and change of plans from time to time but Sean and his team had been most accommodating and conducted themselves most professionally throughout the 9 months in resolving any issues arising when building works were in progress. One should also bear in mind that most of the works were carried out during different phases of COVID. In July 2020 we moved into our dream house and we have since been more than happy with what was delivered by Sean???s team. What is most important for a building project of this nature is the ???after- sales??? service as issues with electrical and plumbing works, appliances could and would arise after delivery and Sean has always avail himself to take care of our concerns. A most satisfying experience and I would highly recommend Sean???s team to anyone searching for a trust worthy and reliable builder in building their dream home.

We recently had a full house refurbishment and an extension completed by Ryan & Sons, and we couldn???t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the entire project. Communication was excellent ??? we always knew what stage they were at and what to expect next. The work was completed in great time, without compromising on quality. The attention to detail and overall finish exceeded our expectations. We???re so pleased with how everything turned out, it truly feels like a brand-new home! We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy building company. A big thank you to the whole team!
