JNJ completed a demolition and rebuild of a ground floor extension, installation of a new kitchen & WC and installation of a new patio. The work they have done has been carried out to the highest standard. When we were looking for builders John was able to clearly explain the work that would be done and was more than happy to talk through anything we did not understand. Communication is John's strong point, and that is saying a lot given the excellent quality of the work done. We were always informed of what was going on and he was a reassuring & calm presence when we hit any wrinkles, which we expected with an old house. John was very transparent if there were any additional costs and was willing to discuss the various options available to us. As well as using excellent subcontractors his employees were very professional. To summarise if you want a job done well I would absolutely recommend JNJ. Thanks to John, Dave and the whole team.

I???m really glad I found JNJ Building Solutions. I was originally considering BuildTeam, but after a neighbour???s bad experience with them, I went with JNJ???and I???m so glad I did. It was always a pleasure to visit the site each week and see the progress. Communication was solid throughout, and we never felt left in the dark. The team were polite, respectful, and left a good impression on our neighbours. The front of the house was kept tidy, and the quality of the work???from bricklaying and plastering to the staircase and woodworking???was outstanding. JNJ were also incredibly flexible, helping us make on-the-spot decisions on things like the toilet location, utility layout, roof pitch, sockets, and more. Plumbing was done to a high standard, and the bulk of the work was completed on schedule. The original quote was fair and aligned with the market, and the team stuck to it. As with any big project, a few issues naturally came up???but JNJ fixed everything quickly and without fuss. They were considerate, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of JNJ doing a ground floor extension for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. John, Dave and the whole team were outstanding and always felt they were on our side. They managed to complete the project just in time for the arrival of our son, which was incredibly important to us. The entire team was reliable and trustworthy, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The quality of their work was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. It's clear that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. Of course like any project not everything goes to plan, but they always found a way to proceed. We would strongly recommend JNJ Building Solutions to anyone looking for top-notch building services. Thank you, John, Dave and team for making our home even more special!

JNJ completed a rear extension for us. We chose JNJ because of how upfront they are about price and the duration of the project. They provide a detailed plan of works and transparent pricing. Payments are staggered and made when certain points are reached. John also provided invaluable advice for dealing with architects and building control. The entire building team were tidy, polite and approachable. They appreciate the disruption that a building project causes in a family home and bent over backwards to ensure they made it as easy as possible for us. They worked seamlessly with other trades we used - kitchen and door/window fitters - to ensure the project was not held up. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend John and his company. They take pride in their work and seek to minimise disruption. All of the work they completed was to an exceptionally high standard. Having your home turned into a building site is never the most relaxing thing but JNJ made it bearable, completed the project on time (4 weeks leas than we were quoted by other builders) and to an exceptionally high standard.

Having been recommended JNJ by my mother-in-law (a 5 star endorsement in itself), our experience of working with John and the team has been exceptional! John is miles ahead of any other builder we have ever worked with ??? his organisation, transparency and communication are best in class and extremely professional. John has been genuinely committed to delivering an outstanding client experience and end result for us - he has worked through all potential issues with us as soon as they have arisen, providing us with expert advice and reassurance every step of the way. This proactive and transparent approach has given us huge confidence in the work that the JNJ team have been doing and removed so much of the personal stress we would expect when undertaking this type of project. In addition to John???s leadership, it has been a pleasure working with all the JNJ team (including Alison) ??? all have been very professional and respectful in our home. If we were ever to undertake another project in the future JNJ would be the ONLY builder we would want to work with us!
