We are so pleased with our kitchen extension and can???t recommend Xpress enough. The quality of the work is great and it looks exactly as we wanted. Daniel was easy to deal with and gave us advice throughout. The team were friendly and professional and worked non-stop even thought the worst weather in January & February. They were flexible and helpful; built in some additional bespoke shelving to fill a gap next to the fridge and some lovely oak shelves. The project was delivered well on time and to budget (no hidden additional costs). There was a bit of a delay with the final plumbing of the sink tap but Daniel kept on it. One before and some after photos here. They are completing some additional work for us at the front which also looks great. Would recommend.

We would definitely recommend Xpress Builders. We???ve just had our loft conversion completed which we???re really pleased with. Xpress builders was recommended to us by two separate Neigbour???s on the street. Daniel and his team are very experienced and deliver to a high standard. Communications were very good throughout which makes the whole process so much smoother. The project was delivered on time and to budget. Pricing and scope changes were all very clear. Daniel???s recommendations and advice throughout were also spot on. We would happily work with Xpress builders again and I???m sure we will be getting them back in future to do a few other smaller projects for us.

Working with Daniel and his team has been a pleasure and we would highly recommend Xpress Builders for your project. Daniel was transparent and open from the start, working with us and our suppliers as needed to ensure the work was completed to high standards with minimal issues. Most importantly for us Daniel really made an effort to ensure he stayed within the costs agreed and made sure we knew when we???d be going outside of the agreed scope and cost. Even with our upgrades Daniel went above and beyond to make sure these were priced fairly. No jobs were too much for his team who worked late nights and through weekends to get our job completed on time, helping to do extra jobs like moving furniture to storage and clearing our shed! The plumbing and electricians were very experienced, friendly and their work has been top quality. Thank you!!

Don???t hesitate to use Xpress. Daniel and his team were amazing from start to finish. We recently completed a full house renovation with loft and side extension. Daniel had worked on another house on the street and came highly recommended. We tendered to four builders but Daniels positivity about our project and his open and honest communication stood out. He showed us 3 or 4 projects in varying stages of completion and applied no pressure at any stage. Once we???d decided to proceed things moved quickly and he was proactive in nailing down as many details as possible. The build took almost 11 months but we couldn???t be happier with both the process and the finished product. Throughout the build there was not a single day missed with the site opened by 8 and closing up around 5 every day. All of Daniel???s team are courteous and thoughtful. The neighbours all spoke highly of them, helping them in with shopping etc! They all took pride in their work and have great attention to detail. The other trades Daniel uses for plumbing and electrics are also the absolute top of their game and very easy to work with. Daniel stuck closely to the budget and the only extras were things we added which he priced incredibly fairly. He favours open and upfront communication and has a direct approach which nips any issues in the bud and the whole project felt very collaborative. We???ve had minimal post build snags and any snagging was dealt with promptly and thoroughly without having to nag. When I hear of the issues friends have had with other builders I feel blessed to have worked with Daniel and his team. He???s built our family a truly wonderful home for life. Thanks Daniel ????????

We have just finished a side return extension on our Victorian terrace and absolutely delighted with the work of Daniel and his team. Daniel has been straightforward to deal with, solution minded, and has had great attention to detail. The team have finished the project to a high spec, whether the carpentry, plumbing, tiling or everything in between. They have taken on many additional asks as they have arisen and the whole team have been friendly to work with. Daniel has taken oversight throughout and kept in touch regularly ensuring we were happy every step of the way. We have achieved our vision. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Xpress Builders Ltd. Thank you!
