Fantastic service. Joaquim and his brother was very efficient and understood what we wanted to get from our kitchen renovation. From completing ripping out a kitchen, changing the pipes, installing a new boiler and then putting cabinets, floors and sink in. There was no time wasting, straight to business which I very much appreciate it. Would highly recommend

We have used Joaquim’s firm and number of times now and have always been pleased with the work now, both small jobs and large. Most recently we had a bathroom renovation. We talked through the spec with Joachim and listened to his recommendations before deciding on the design and bathroom furnishings. He was flexible in design phase, reasonably priced and completed the work on time. With his team, the workmanship was of high spec and we are delighted with the results

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joaquim The Builder, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations in doing our loft renovation. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were clear. The project was completed on time and within budget, with excellent communication throughout. The team was reliable, respectful, and always kept the site tidy—something that’s often overlooked but really appreciated. Every aspect of the build was handled with care, and the final result speaks for itself. We’re already planning to work with them again on future projects.

We used Joaquim for a kitchen and bathroom renovation and could not be happier - Joaquim and this team were a delight to work with and have in the house and we were thrilled with the final result. I unreservedly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant builder. Joaquim and his team have done a fantastic job that is to a extremely high finish. Came out on time and on price. Very well organised and you have confidence that there is always someone on hand to answer any emails/phone calls. I would highly highly recommend Joaquim the builder ltd
