I cannot speak highly enough of this firm. Adam & his sidekick are friendly, helpful & courteous. They have done various works for us including removing, moving & building a new wall & tarmacking a path - all carried out with the minimum fuss. Rubbish is removed promptly & any mess is cleared up at the end of the working day. It's good to find a builder who is such a gentleman as Adam. I highly recommend this firm.

We contacted Patcham Builders with an urgent need to repair stabilise some really poor flooring/building work undertaken before we took ownership of our property some years ago. The issues, hidden under the floorboards came to light when we took up the floor coverings, including insulation boards. Adam came very soon after our call on Friday, quoted for work required and returned on Monday morning to complete thework required. It was very clear Adam had an eye for detail, worked industriously and finished the job in a timely manner. The area was cleared of all debris and swept afterwards. The standard of workmanship was high and his manner and approach ie. customer service is to be commended. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thankyou so much Adam you are a star ???

Very please with the new shower unit. I can highly recommend This company, Adam has done a brilliant job in a complete replacement of the shower cubicle and fittings and carried out the work to a very high standard.

Adam fitted a new cupboard beneath our stairs and also removed some messy shelving placed there by the previous homeowners. His work was efficient, undisruptive, clean, tidy, quickly delivered, and well priced. We were really pleased with this installation as you really wouldn't know it wasn't part of the original stair case as he used all of the original skirting boards and colour matched the paint we had throughout the house.

Adam recently fitted some built in wardrobes in our spare room and I can???t recommend him enough! From start to finish the service was excellent. He was so polite and made sure he cleaned up once the work was done. The work was to such a high standard and made the room look amazing. He gave helpful tips on easy fixes to other rooms so will definitely use The Patcham Building Company again. Thank you Adam!
