We found those employed by City Building Services to be polite, punctual, properly attired, meticulous in their attention to detail , did not require the company of loud music and were particularly careful to clear and clean the site every day before they departed. We will be using them in any future works and would recommend them to others without hesitation or reservation.

City building did a great job replacing a small flat roof section and then the soffit and gutters, including down pipes.

I could not be happier with the work that City building services recently carried out to renovate and refit my new kitchen From start to finish Chris and his team were friendly, helpful and always willing to listen, offer advice, and answer questions throughout the project. They worked in a clean, efficient and professional manner, with great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality finish. I would recommend City building services to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy & skilled builders. Thanks boys ????

CITY BUILDING SERVICES is a building company that really does deliver??? what it says on the tin???! 2+ years ago this company undertook fairly significant refurbishment works on our apartment. Over several months they consistently worked hard to ensure we were totally happy with the end result . CBS undertook this multi trade project, resourcing the skill sets as required. This enabled all project works to be undertaken under CBS???s single umbrella. This removed the hassle for the Client ( us) of dovetailing and programming works outside CBS???s remit. A most important element to any building work is having the peace of mind of knowing that should there be any issues at ANY future date, the builder is happy to address them and resolve any problem . CBS excel at this. They are a caring and professional company . Their building team is a delight to have in one???s home and most comfortable to give them the keys.

Chris and his team have completed a great job on our flat. All repairs and decoration completed to a very high standard and delivered on time. Would highly recommend.
