Joe and team did a really good job overboarding and plastering ceiling in breakfast room. Joe was able to schedule the work at short notice and the work was carried out to a high standard. Would definitely use again and recommend. Ron

We contacted BN1 Property Maintenance, having wanted to employ a local contractor to install a new kitchen and bathroom at a property we own. From the very first call, through to completion, we had complete confidence in Joe and his team. Always communicative, always prompt, always courteous. We would highly recommend BN1.
