Terry and his team completed a side return extension on my property in Brighton. They were fantastic throughout - Terry understood the vision, communicated well and overcame a few challenges throughout the process without compromising the final result. I was especially impressed with the tiling. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for construction work in Brighton.

I have worked with Terry at Blount Construction over many years as a subcontractor. Himself and his team have always worked with high levels of workmanship and attention to detail. I would recommend them very highly and would not hesitate to use them on a building project of my own.

Terry completed a two-storey extension and internal reconfiguration of our house in 2016, creating an additional master bedroom with en-suite, a reconfigured staircase, new office, utility, downstairs WC, playroom, and kitchen-diner. From the outset, Terry was an absolute professional and consistently two steps ahead. His planning and sequencing of the works meant ordering, trades, and phases of the build ran seamlessly, which made what could have been a very stressful project feel well-managed and calm. Several neighbours commented on how quickly and quietly the work was completed; a real testament to the organisation of the site and the professionalism of the team. Everyone involved was friendly, approachable, and respectful of our home throughout. Terry???s flexibility, attention to detail, and depth of experience genuinely improved the outcome. He offered thoughtful suggestions along the way that resulted in a better home than we had ever anticipated, both in layout and finish. We wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering an extension or significant renovation.

When it comes to quality and professionalism Terry and his team supersede all expectations. From start to finish, communication is at the forefront of their work and they go that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the works being carried out. Nothing is too much for them and if any issues arise they???re dealt with professionally and speedy. I cannot recommend Blount Construction enough, 5 stars isn???t enough! I look forward to working with you again soon!

Terry has been a delight to work with from start to finish. We've felt very lucky to have him work with us on our house and garden. He is very customer focused and a great forward planner. He's kept us in the loop and explained our options and kept to budget and timescale. I can't recommend him highly enough.
