I had an old garden room that was rotting away at the sides and letting damp in as well as collapsing! No other builder really wanted to be involved in it at any price for some reason. I was so lucky to find Toby who was A1 wonderful from the very start to the very end. A total professional. I did put him through his paces and he never reacted badly to it but was patient and provided everything I asked him for, such as Public Liability Insurance. We drew up a simple contract together and he was happy to do this..which I was very glad to hear as 2 people I know have builder horror stories /funds etc ...so he also explained when payments would be due etc in stages not upfront though there was one at the start that was for materials, which is normal within reason. We also discussed start and finish dates etc He worked ceaselessly and got a new office built in a very short time considering all that needed to be done, which was immense, the remit was to copy. the old garden room and he did this to the letter. The only sad point was that little could be salvaged and aside from the foundations it ended up being a total rebuild. Actually I have never seen a builder work as hard as he did most of the time single handed . It was impressive his diligence. He made no mistakes and thought it all through well and perfected it to my TOTAL satisfaction He is extremely organised and provided clear invoicing from start to finish and gave a realistic overall price. When the job was delayed due to the old doors being reinstalled through a separate company. he was again very patient and waited for it all to be completed properly before finishing his flooring. I really can't recommend more highly! I wish every builder was like Toby, he was also respectful of my property when he entered it, taking shoes off etc and pleasant to have around as always in a calm mood, despite my meltdowns..due to stress at my work etc not quite sure how he manages to pull this all off so well. Well done Toby and a big thank you. Heaven sent.

Toby did a great job in rebuilding our sinking patio and stairs in our garden. He was very thorough investigating the issue first before giving a very detailed quote. Apart for being a very skilled builder and nice person I appreciated the transparency and work ethic. Couldn't recommend more!

Toby constructed the base for a very small conservatory / extension at the back of my lower ground floor flat. I would thoroughly recommend him for any building work for the following reasons: - First of all, he was extremely polite and considerate in dealing with me as a customer and always punctual - His work was always to the highest standard and he really thought through any issues that occurred until he came up with the right solution - His attention to detail is meticulous - He is very concerned about ???aesthetics???, in that he was always ensured that all finishes were ???pretty??? - He always left the area he was working in clean and tidy and ensured that any materials and equipment which were unavoidably left on site, were stored very tidily and safely so as not to cause me any inconvenience - He always communicated with me immediately if there were any problems around the agreed workdays and times I am absolutely delighted with the finished conservatory and can???t praise Toby enough! Highly professional service from start to finish. Toby???s communication was great and his explanations of the work and requirements were clear and accurate. Unlike many, Toby left the site clean and tidy every day and took enormous pride in his work. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a reliable and professional builder and I hope to use Toby???s services in the future.

Toby had done a brilliant job replacing my house doors. He was punctual, alway give me notice of the time he would turn up. He gave me advice and quotes for options how to do things. Always tidied up and cleaned as I hardly noticed any dust where he worked. Very polite and respect my home environment. Reasonably priced and the job he has done is top quality finish. He followed on even after being paid for adjustments. Very pleased and already recommended him.
