Great builder, project management and price! Nick and his team are brilliant. Our loft conversion wasn???t straightforward at certain stages, but Nick handled the challenges with such ease and professionalism. The timeline of the project was clearly set out from the outset, along with a schedule for payments due at each stage. Nick and his team worked to plan and finished slightly ahead of schedule - despite some fairly miserable weather to cope with throughout December. Everyone who worked on the project, including specialist tradespeople that Nick brought in at various stages of the build were of the highest calibre, and all friendly and professional. The team always started on time and cleared up at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Nick and City Wide Lofts. We attach some before and after shots of our "hip to gable" conversion, which has repositioned our stairs, then created two bedrooms and a bathroom from our old double bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink. We couldn't be happier.

Nick and team did a fantastic job, we have the best loft conversion, at an extremely high standard of finish and competitive price. If you're looking for a conversion that's incredibly well-built, on time and is responsive to your requirements, whether standard or high-end (we were a bit in the latter camp), Citywide Lofts are a great pick. We also really liked the continuity of working with a small team and excellent sub-contractors Nick has established over time - all super reliable and high quality. Nick's now about to start our daughter's loft conversion, which I guess is the ultimate recommendation!

Nick, Ash and all those who worked on our team have been brilliant. I have been surprised by how the whole process of loft conversion was not as disruptive as i thought it would have been and I think that???s due to the professionalism and respectfulness of all who worked on the project. Timescales were met and we are so happy with the final result, to a high standard, we love our new bedroom & shower room so much. Thank you Citywide Lofts, you???ve also gone above and beyond by helping us with extra bits and all for a highly competitive price.

Nick and the guys did a fantastic job on our loft. They were fast, well organised, and finished everything to a high quality, for a great price. They were very considerate of us and our family, and even our neighbours mentioned how friendly and considerate they were. Thanks again Nick!

Great price. Nick and the lads were friendly and stuck to time keeping making the build finish on time and in budget. The general finish was good and anything that wasn???t Nick was happy to come back and complete. Communication was good on the whole. We learnt to ask what was needed and when. Very happy with our loft.
