BH Norton & Son completed various repairs for us: lintel, terrace wall and paving, repointing. Very pleased with results. Site was tidied up at the end of every day. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

We are so pleased we decided to work with BH Norton and Son to carry out a full renovation of our house. Hand on heart, we highly recommend them and they will be our first choice if we ever need building work in the future. Our renovation included removal of internal walls and installation of steels, removal of 50 years' worth of wallpaper, rewiring, replastering, redecoration, loft insulation, installation of new flooring, doors, kitchen and bathroom. They also had to work with a separate supplier we had chosen to install a new underfloor heating and hot water system. We were anxious going into the project because we'd had terrible experiences 10 years ago when we renovated our previous home. But we needn't have worried. The 4 month project was completed on time (to the day!!). Their quote was comparable to others we received. Costs did increase a bit, but that was due to our own choices, not because of hidden extras. Steve managed the whole project including the interface with our other supplier and building control. He and all the tradespeople he brought on site were thoroughly nice people, honourable, very helpful and generous with their time. They all worked to a very high standard. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Steve expertly guided us through extensive building, electrical, plastering and carpentry work, allowing us to complete the most disruptive work quickly before moving in and finish the rest at a pace that worked for us. His organisation, communication and workmanship were excellent and when we came up against problems with our design and building control he helped us overcome them. We would definitely recommend Steve and his team and partners.

Steve and his team have been fantastic, the initial job was to replace a roof and fit a roof light, however we were so pleased with the work we decided to do more work from our ???wish list???. We fitted new larger French doors and a new kitchen. The team were polite, helpful and extremely well informed. I can???t recommend highly enough, so much so my friend is now using them for her building work!

Steve and his team are fantastic, they have carried out the work in a timely manner, to a high standard of finish, and at a very reasonable price. The entire team were friendly and courteous, and respected our living space. The whole process could have been very stressful but Steve did his best to keep everything organised and took on all the stress as much as he could, we are very appreciative of this. Would not hesitate to recommend this builder! Thank you very much.
