Finding a reliable builder who you can rely is quite a daunting task. Choosing MKW Builders took the stress out of this. Right from the initial survey and very detailed estimate provided I knew I had found the building company who could deal with my project. Mathew and his team where great in dealing with all aspects of the building work in a timely fashion and to a high standard. My home in Blackrod has been transformed thanks to MKW Building.

Matt and his team at MKW were brilliant. Hard-working and highly skilled, they extended and completely refitted our rather dated kitchen in Worsley. Cheerfully working long hours and producing great workmanship, their friendly manner and ???can-do??? attitude to the many and varied tasks the job required was simply fantastic. Thanks in particular to Matt, who kept us fully informed throughout and completed the project on budget. Highly recommended.

Excellent builder from start to finish, made the process easy and supported throughout the project. Matthew was reactive to my design changes and made the changes work quickly and seamlessly to make sure that my client needs were met and exceeded. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, particularly the joinery and roofing work, the building team were responsive and able to make changes as the build progressed. The project was clear and costed from the outset with a payment plan linked to each stage of the build and the final payment was on target as quoted, so well done on keeping to the project plan and cost estimates. I am delighted with the finished work and I can recommend MKW to anyone contemplating a new build or extension as I feel that their expertise and guidance was a bonus for me with my new extension. Well done to Matthew and the team at MKW a quality job from start to completion.

We had Matt and his team complete our new extension. I can???t recommend them enough. After having multiple quotes we decided to go with MKW as Matt was very professional and efficient. His team are also a huge credit to him. Thanks again MKW Michael & Rachel

After a nightmare experience with our first appointed builder, Matt and his team came to the rescue and quite literally saved our project. From day one, they worked tirelessly to undo and put right everything that had been done poorly before. The extension was far from straightforward, not only was it a large build, but it also involved more steel than a steel merchant???s yard. Despite the technical challenges and working through all kinds of weather, nothing ever fazed them. I???ve never seen anyone graft as hard as Michael. The whole team were incredibly clean, tidy, and respectful of our home. In fact, due to the previous builder???s poor workmanship, we had to go all the way back to the foundations, and MKW handled it all with skill and professionalism. We???re truly thankful to Matt, Kev, and the team for stepping in when they did. Thanks to their hard work, we now have a much larger living room, a stunning kitchen, a dedicated office, and even our own cinema room. They turned what was a stressful, upsetting situation into a build we???re absolutely delighted with. Their craftsmanship, work ethic, and attention to detail are second to none, and we couldn???t be happier with the final result. If you???re looking for builders who care about their work and their clients, I couldn???t recommend MKW highly enough.
