Richard and his team did a fab job on our ground floor remodelling. It was a 5 month job to completely re-do the layout, decorate with new flooring throughout, new kitchen and new shower room. The team were all a pleasure to have in the house and a particular shout out to Mark (decorator) and James (electrician). Communication and project management were very good throughout and we are very pleased with the standard of work and the finish we received.

Richard and his team have moved an internal wall and built a raised decking in the garden for me. My end to end experience was very positive. The build quality is very good, but the standout has to be the communication throughout the build.

Richard helped us with all stages of our project, which was to convert an office with adjacent utility room into a guest room suite, with added bathroom and new kitchen. Both the space and the budget were tight. Richard suggested an affordable architectural designer, met up with us to discuss the feasibility and advantages of the various options with quotes and carried out all the work, with his team of talented and very friendly tradespeople. Richard is very experienced at his job and his suggestions of tweaks and changes were very welcome and actually essential as this kept the project on budget and on time. Richard is a professional project manager, he communicates fast and well and while very polite will also give honest views, which was much appreciated. We are very pleased with the result. Well done, Richard!

Rich and his team completed a full renovation and remodel of our house over winter and spring 24/25. Rich was engaged and professional throughout and all work was completed on time and to budget. Issues were surfaced early, and Rich was always available when we needed to discuss things. I'm really happy how the project has gone, and particularly the quality of the work, the attention to details and Rich's team really impressed me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RSB Ltd to anyone considering a similar project.

Many thanks to Richard and his team for replacing the floor in the main hall for 4th Chandlers Ford Scout Group. Richard was very efficient and the and quality of work was excellent. We plan to use Richard again for our next big project (once we have raised the funds!).
