Project: Penthouse town centre apartment with lift access. Comprehensive refurbishment: bathrooms, kitchen, reconfiguring layout. Summary Joe was honourable & fair. He resolved any areas of concern quickly. His team was: reliable, personable & helpful; give good advice; listen to 'wishes' and offer good solutions; are well organised & punctual. Generally: Joe took over from the previous contractor who found himself not up to the job (which not every builder is prepared to do). He is respectful of his staff, and has teams of the trades which he seamlessly coordinated. The tradesmen turn up when they say they will, and on time. They are efficient, communicative & good-natured. Works included: Craning in a 3m x 2.5m heavy fire door & liaising with the Management Co for permissions; advising on Building Control requirements; extensive re-wiring; relocating partitions & doors; levelling floors & laying vinyl tiles throughout; plumbing (Wills' pipework is a work of art). Thank you.

I can highly recommend ALL BUILD Developments who have transfomred the exterior of my property. A very professional team. Adam and Tom did a great job moving a small walled garden to a different location and, along with Connor, replacing the empty space with a brick-laid drive. Adam and Tom also did a grand job relaying my patio and path. All very curteous, friendly and ready to discuss alternatives where these were possible. Frank and James have also done a great job laying the bases of my balcony. Joe masterminded the whole project very well. All of them have a great work ethic.

All Build Developments I can wholly recommend this company, Joe who runs the company was a great project manager from start to finish. He was courteous, friendly, and patient. He came to visit us after discussions by phone and follow up emails to check everything had been planned properly. He arranged his own team???s work and appointed external Electricians and Plumbers. Both of these companies were also excellent, the electricians -MD Johnson Electricals came ???en masse??? to get the job done quickly. The plumber - Jacob from Fine Heat Ltd was excellent, he had a great ???can do??? attitude, I was really impressed with his problem-solving skills. Joe is an excellent project manager and appointed good specialist trades. I had an old ramshackle brick shed with nothing in it, Joe???s team turned it into a pottery studio with its own electric supply, toilet and sink too. I???m really pleased with the finish. They replaced the roof, windows and doors and repointed the brickwork on the entire building. They also built me a new patio, I was again really impressed with Billy, he dug up the old uneven concrete, laid the hardstanding, fitted new drainpipes and laid the patio and covered the old step to our back door. The rest of the team all worked cohesively to complete all the tasks, Ryan acted as a deputy manager for Joe on site and he was an excellent worker and communicator. As with all building work, sometimes there are a few unforeseen issues that can arise but these were all tackled brilliantly. The whole team were friendly, polite and cheerful. Joe???s team can do all aspects of building work. The price I paid was reasonable for all the work I had done, All Build Developments were not the cheapest company but were far cheaper than some others who quoted. The price quoted and invoiced were what I paid, no hidden extras were added. Great service overall, very happy indeed.

Exceeded all expectations ... We recently had an extensive upgrade and refurbishment of our house carried out by Joe and his team at All Build. I was very happy with every aspect of the project: - Delivered on On Time and within Budget - Team members were always polite, helpful and friendly. - All the team members turned up punctually on the days we expected. - The team were always willing to offer design choices to us as the work progressed. - The house was always left tidy at the end of each work day. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Joe and All Build for similar projects.

This is the first time I have worked with Joe Cole and All Build Developments who I chose originally for their good reputation and approachability. I was impressed from the off when even before the job was his Joe provided me with good advice . Anything that came up as a potential problem Joe not only had a sensible solution but which was always communicated to me promptly and with positivity. This helpful and positive approach by Joe and his team continued throughout all stages of the project and comes across as one of the companys values. Any construction job has the potential to have problems but with a collaborative approach and working closely together Joe mitigated any problems with minimal impact. Nothing was too much trouble or detail too trivial. As a designer I have to put a lot of trust into any contractor I bring on board with my projects and think carefully about who I am using. I was proud with the way Joe engaged with my client and was very happy that we came across very much as a strong and capable team working together. Frank, who is one of Joe's project manager was outstanding. Through his knowledge, helpfulness and hard work ethic (even arriving on site in atrocious weather, to enable to deliver what he had promised and more). The standard of his practical work is as excellent as his project management skills. He kept me updated on a daily basis along with supporting images of work undertaken that day. He is an asset to Joe???s Company. There was always a push to keep on schedule to make sure deadlines were hit and there were no unnecessary delays. I would not hesitate in working with Joe and his team again.
