We had an excellent experience with Springate Building Company. Dan, Billy, and Louis worked tirelessly through some truly awful weather earlier this year, yet still completed our extension quickly and to a very high standard. Corin was always on hand to help with any administrative queries, which made the whole stress-free. The team were approachable throughout and more than happy to accommodate small changes along the way. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them for any building work.

I contacted Springate based on the reviews, so it only feels right to leave them one myself. Bill, Dan and Louis are skilled, hard working, knowledgeable and approachable. From day 1 to the day they left, it was a positive experience, I really can???t fault them. Their workmanship was brilliant and their advice was spot on. Any issues we had, they worked through with us and came up with solutions. Bill sent a detailed quote and payment schedule that set clear expectation, which I appreciated. Any additional bits were quoted and reasonable. They were extremely considerate - at the end of every day they cleared up as much as they could, they left us with as much working appliances as possible throughout and they weren???t disturbing to the neighbours (unless neighbours don???t like Elvis???!) Corin was also very helpful and on hand with any questions, coordinating everything behind the scenes. They are a well oiled machine. I would absolutely use Springate again and have already recommended to numerous friends.

We hired Springate Building Company to complete a two-story extension and some internal alterations at our home. Billy, Dan and Louis were incredibly professional, friendly and hardworking, it was a pleasure to have them working on our project. Their communication was very efficient; they kept us updated on each stage of the work and were happy to answer any queries. The work was completed in the timeframe specified and on budget, with only minor changes to the original quote as requested by us. I am very happy with the work completed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant team.

Billy and his team carried out my garage extension project. From the initial quote to the completion of the build, they were professional, meticulous, courteous and timely. There were no hidden costs. I was very impressed with the speed at which they completed the build. I would certainly recommend Billy and his team.

We had two separate lots of work done by Springate Builders, a garage rebuild/extension in Nov 23, then an extension in May 24 which involved moving the bathroom. Billy & the team were great! We had documentation detailing each step of the process and the payment plan at the outset, and they arrived on time/date and even brought their own portaloo! They kept us informed every step of the way as to what was happening, and made sure we were consulted over the finer details such as placement of sockets and lights. They quickly resolved a small issue for us at no extra cost. A roof lantern & bifold doors were suggested for the extension, and I am so glad we went with that decision, as it is a vast improvement on what we had originally planned. They immediately addressed any worries or queries we had, and sorted out the structural engineer part of it, as well as keeping us informed about deliveries so we coukd move our cars off the driveway! They have also recommended other tradespeople such as a decorator. This made the whole process very smooth & trouble free, and I would certainly recommend Springate Builders. We will be getting them back when we have work done in the future. P.S. They loved our cats too!!!! ????
