Glossbrook builders have been a major part of our lives.they built 12 flats in Bournemouth for us , I didn't know anything about building, or quantity surveying, they took on the project and organised everything, demolition of old building, utility supplies, building control, so many different things, even sorted out a bank for me to finance the build.then one day they asked what flooring and kitchens and a couple of months later they handed over the keys, with a big book of how everything works, but most importantly, when I've had a problem over the years, like new fire regulations, they have found a solution for me, that I couldn't have done , or some maintenance issues that I didn't know how to deal with they have sorted those problems, even though the didn't have to, they subsequently built 6 more flats, all for a great price, what a magnificent company.jonathan horton, Bournemouth

Glossbrook Builders Ltd have been fantastic from start to finish. They built 2 beautiful 3-bedroom detached houses for us and guided us through every stage, from the initial planning right through to handover. The team were professional, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. We couldn???t be happier with the quality of the build and the service we received ??? highly recommended!

Having collaborated with Glossbrook on several projects, I can confidently say that their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication have been key to the success of each project we???ve worked on together. They take pride in having a strong understanding of every element of the project and in setting realistic timeframes. They understand the importance of working within budget constraints and cost-engineering aspects wherever possible. Our most recent project was the completion of 11 boutique flats in Wimborne, which received an outstanding market response. Working with Glossbrook has always been a positive and seamless experience, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled partner.

Over recent years, Glossbrook has built, or worked on, a number of properties for my family???s Companies. The largest project to date was ???Kingsland??? in Milford-on-Sea where an old nursing home was to be demolished to make way for 3 quite substantial houses. This was new territory for us as we hadn???t built at this scale before and we went into the project with some trepidation, not least as we were in the depths of winter and the most appalling weather to commence with. Throughout the project we were promptly and accurately advised by our colleagues at Glossbrook in view of mutual expectations and timings culminating in a successful project in which two of the three houses were sold prior to completion of build. The purchasers of both houses were impressed with build quality. Importantly to us, there seems to be an ethos at Glossbrook of providing a detailed cost estimate and then sticking to it.

We are delighted with our choice of contractor in Glossbrook Builders Ltd. They have provided an entirely professional service for the duration of our most recent construction project. From day one, the site has been incredibly well run and Glossbrook have continually demonstrated their determination to execute the build with pride and enthusiasm. We have been impressed with their strong communication throughout and the finished product speaks for itself with a collection of very high quality apartments which buyers are proud to now call home. We look forward to moving on to future projects with Glossbrook to build upon what is already an impressive track record and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
