Wow, what a fabulous experience we have had in buying our newbuild home from SB Homes. From the initial reservation of the plot through to moving in has been fabulous. The care, consideration and communication from Amy, Becki and Paul has been second to none. The house far exceeds our expectations and the process has been as easy as it could have been notwithstanding a nomadic lifestyle between selling our last home and buying our new home. The SB Homes team have been friendly, professional and efficient and have genuinely cared about delivering a home for clients to be proud of. Their saying 'from our family to yours' is an understatement; they truly strive to provide the home you desire and their support and actions in helping you to achieve this is outstanding. Their after sales service is great too.....minor snagging is on track and the groundworkers that remain on site are both courteous and friendly. We cannot recommend SB Homes enough. Thank you to the whole team....'from our family to yours'.

Great company to deal with that build high quality New Homes!

As a customer, friend and contractor to SB Homes ive found the Byrams to be an excellent firm to deal with be part of and count as freinds.

Me and my husband moved into one of the flats at Station House Court, Marsden, we moved 12 months ago due to my partners medical needs and it???s the best decision we made, the flat is very spacious, beautifully done, second to none heating system, well insulated saving us money on heating, Fantastic shower room, and kitchen, everything was thought of to make peoples lives comfortable, If we have any issues they come out straight away to see to them. We are part of a complex and share gardens which are kept very well by them and the residents, it???s very friendly and everyone gets on. ????

All staff, office and builders were exceptionally helpful. Very good quality build, really happy with it all
