We were very lucky to work with Matt and his team when they completed a major house renovation for us. From the out set Matts communication and standards were unlike any contractors we had dealt with before and between us we had worked both professionally and personally with a great number. Matt was always honest and came up with ideas and suggestions to improve the build and quite often our pockets. Trust is imperative in any working relationship and Matt earnt our trust and never broke it. He delivered on time and on budget and we had some fun on the way.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Simpson Building and Joinery Ltd on a home extension, and the experience was brilliant. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. The space blends seamlessly with the original house, and we've had countless compliments from friends and family. Throughout the project, the team was communicative, punctual, and transparent. They kept us informed at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. We couldn???t be happier with the final result and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering an extension or renovation.

Matt and his team did a loft conversion, complete kitchen refit, one bathroom refit (including knocking down a wall), installed a new ensuite and removed a chimney. Matt is brilliant, such a lovely man and very respectful. On time and on budget and so hard working. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Matt and his team recently completed a large renovation .. and a large revamping of our back yard.. we live overseas and can honestly say we've been so happy with the work. We have more work we'd like doing and we wouldn't use anyone else. Matt is so trustworthy, honest and always keeps in contact and on the ball. We are so happy with his work. Matt and his team became like family over the six months of our extension! We decided to live in throughout a quite tricky build, extending a 1860s cottage in a conservation area. They made it as comfortable as possible for us throughout and we managed it without incident. We went for quite a high spec and Matt coped well with our pretty constant changes and upgrades throughout and genuinely we are delighted with the sympathetic extension, and reconfiguring of the existing room design. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the team he brought in, from tilers, to plasterers to plumbers were all excellent and really nice guys. We???re in the middle of scoping another project with him at the moment. I???d also recommend you use his pick of architect, builders regs and structural engineer. They all work together a lot and you can see that it???s pretty seamless.
