I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. From start to finish, Mark was professional, courteous, polite, and kept everything incredibly clean and tidy. The job turned out to be much more challenging than originally expected, and the extreme temperatures certainly didn't make things any easier. Despite that, he just got on with it, worked incredibly hard, and never cut corners. I've known Mark since he was very young, so it's been lovely to see how hardworking and skilled he's become. I'm absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job!

I can highly recommend, Deluxe Build Development. Mark demolished a 16.5 it's wall and planter into a skip ,and rebuilt a double brick wall for me. At the end of each day he cleaned and tidied up. The wall itself speaks for Marks work ethics ( see pics ). Great Work, Fair Price, Reliable. If you need a builder, I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you choose Mark,

Had Mark come and build us a retaining wall in our back garden. His prices are extremely fair and he is genuinely such a nice guy, professional, trust worthy, reliable, prompt (arriving 8am every morning) and cannot do enough to make sure you get just what you want. Will never use another builder again. If we could give him 6 stars we would!

Mark was honestly amazing from start to finish. He answered all our questions and even helped us out before he had actually started the job, which helped us so much. Every day he kept us in the loop with what he had done and what he was planning next, so we always knew exactly where things stood. We asked Mark to extend our patio and it genuinely looks even better than we imagined. You can tell he really cares about his work, he took so much time and attention to get everything just right. On top of that, he’s really friendly and works incredibly hard. We would 100% have him back for future jobs… I just need to figure out what the next project is!

We recently used Mark & his team for building and renovation work and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, communication was fantastic, he was always clear, responsive, and really friendly to deal with. The pricing was transparent from the outset, which gave us great peace of mind. The work carried out included removing a structural wall and installing a steel beam to combine two living areas into one, removing the existing doorways, and creating a new doorway towards the entrance of the house. This also included full plastering of all affected areas and adding new coving, which really helped make the space feel like a complete, finished room. He also installed a set of double doors to separate the new living and dining areas. Mark was incredibly tidy, leaving the place clean after every visit, which made a big difference while living through the renovation. He was also very flexible and accommodating when we added extra bits and made minor changes along the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone considering building or renovation work, no matter the size of the project, and we would definitely use him again for any future works.
