We purchased a beautiful stone detached property in Scholes, one of just 3. The team were incredibly friendly and professional all the way through the sales process and the build. Of course we had the odd snag here and there but fewer than any new build we have had before. Importantly they were resolved quickly and effectively. We love the house and people always comment about the quality and space internally. We would definitely buy from them again.

We bought a house through RIVA homes and our experience was fantastic! Four years on we are selling our home to move areas and support was needed from RIVA homes to satisfy some of our legal enquiries. Clio was amazing, I couldn't have asked for better support - she was empathetic and quick to respond to a scenario that many house builders would likely put on the back burner! The customer service is second to none and in my experience the support you receive from RIVA does not end when your sale has completed. I will miss our home so much, if we ever get the opportunity to purchase through RIVA again we wouldn't think twice. Thank you Clio and the whole team!!

So far so good! I've been impressed with the attention to detail and the customer service. I would especially like to thank Clio who is essentially the public face of Riva Homes to its customers. I imagine Clio has to field the majority of customer queries, assist with decor choices and deal with snagging and complaints and she has done it patiently and professionally and I want to thank her for that. I would recommend you consider a new build built by Riva Homes.

Exceptional service all the way throughout the house buying process. The house is finished to a high standard with very few snags needing to be addressed. All of which are being addressed quickly and professionally. Clio the Sales Manager is outstanding! She has been professional, supportive and a generally amazing person throughout the process, she has given me advice and been on hand on evenings and weekends to help sort out any problems. Sometimes more helpful than my solicitors had been. Cannot recommend Riva Homes enough for their service, 10/10 would 100% recommend someone to buy a house from them.

I had never even thought about purchasing a new build home but when I saw the development at Oxford Meadows advertised in the perfect location for me, I reserved my first home. The service from Riva Homes has been great from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough. As a single, first time buyer, I always thought that process would be overwhelming and a little daunting at times, but the team at Riva (especially the sales manager, Clio) were always there to offer support, throughout the whole purchase, from reservation, to picking out the interior to completion. I am absolutely thrilled to have the keys to my very first house and can't wait to make it a home.
