I am really pleased at the work carried out on my barn conversion it has been done to a very high professional standard and the finished build internal and external has exceeded my expectations. What a transformation! Paul is a good communicator and very knowledgeable he kept me informed and advised me throughout the build with weekly meetings he is very approachable and takes into consideration specific points and requests and goes above and beyond to accommodate them. I would like to thank all the hardworking lads working on the barn nothing was too much trouble for them. Tom, Ian, Andy, James, Mikey and especially Aron who made me a state-of-the-art post box! They all took pride in their work all credit to them. I would Highly recommended Green Oakes for any building venture.

Green Oak Developers and Builders have completed a very large barn conversion project at our property. The build has had multiple unforeseeable, complex issues which have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The work carried out is nothing less than perfect with a very high-quality finish. The team are very adaptable to changes, quick to offer solutions and very knowledgably on complex projects.

Paul and his team did an amazing job. Sympathetically converting the barn, consulting with us continually. All work completed to a high standard, we are really pleased with the result and the whole experience.

Paul came round to review a potential job. He was extremely honest and outlined the pros and cons of the job. Paul also discussed the safety implications as we live in an old cottage. Paul was authentic and where some traders would happily quote us Paul didn’t. He advised us not to complete the work as the cost and risk out weigh the benefits. Thankyou for your help and guidance it was greatly appreciated.

Initially, I employed Paul and Aran to carry out corrective joinery on one of my tunnels. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard in difficult circumstances. I quickly realised that this was the norm for them as every job that they have worked on for me since, including my business signage, has been fulfilled with their characteristic excellent workmanship. They never, ever disappoint. They are spot-on in every sense and are always a joy to have on the premises. They are so comfortable and easy-going but also professional, honourable, highly efficient and genuinely nice people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Enid - Asselby Nurseries
