We've recently just completed a large domestic extension with Huxton and we don't have a bad word to say about them. From quotation, to completion they have been professional, timely, clean and incredibly patient with my noisy dog and curious 2 year old! Our daughter was particularly fond of Dave. The communication was great and every bit of cost was broken down and explained and they were always happy to work with me for the hits of work I undertook myself. The quality of work has been fantastic and all the minor snagging works were done quickly. There was always a great atmosphere while they worked, and you can usually tell a good working environment when they treat the apprentice with respect, as well as eachother. Phill and Terry run a great company. We now have a wonderful forever home and will be getting them back for any future works we decide to undertake. Huxton Building services claim to be "Reliable, Friendly and Affordable". I couldn't agree more.

We have used Hutton’s for several jobs over the last 8 years. From big 2 week jobs to small 1 day jobs they are always reliable and punctual, quality of work is excellent and any snagging is completed quickly without question. Best of all they are clean and tidy; at the end of each day the area is cleared and cleaned as best as the job allows, at the completion of work everything is fully washed down and cleaned with no mess or rubble left behind. We have always been very pleased with the outcome.

We've used Huxtons twice now, and both times they've been brilliant. Phil and Terry are so easy to work with, always available to discuss the project and keeping you updated with progress and timelines. Any issues have been sorted out really quickly. All the different tradesmen they use are also great, from kitchen fitters to plumbers, electricians and plasterers. If we ever have another project, we won't hesitate to use them again, and have already recommended them to people we know.

Honestly cannot recommend Huxtons enough! From day 1 we were reassured by Phil’s communication, updates and the quality of their work and felt that Phil was project managing brilliantly and that he was always in complete control from start to finish. Any hiccups (nothing to do with Huxtons) were quickly resolved and Phil was sympathetic with us being without a kitchen for 6 weeks (again not their fault!) and brought us spare bits of worktop so we could get by and did all he could to help us manage. Phil did all of the liaising with the electrician, plasterer etc and any stress was taken out of our hands. A big shout out to Dave too for also being amazing at what he does and for the singing! Overall, we were very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Huxtons to anyone. There are not many companies who are as reliable and who care about the little details too and they always cleaned up before going home each day. It was a pleasure to have Phil and Dave in the house - in addition to being great at their trades they are also friendly. Thank you so much to you both and to the company.

Huge thanks to all the boys at Huxton's Builders. They have done a fantastic job on our 125 year old church boundary wall. It was in a very sorry state, with no foundations and very large holes and cracks, leaving it very unstable. It now looks fantastic and should last another 100 years and more, thanks to their craftmanship and dedication. The original stone has been re-cut and re-laid by really talented guys and the fencing reset after stripping and painting. Everything has been done with care, attention to detail and professionalism, from the first visit to the finished wall and at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Huxton's. Thanks lads, you have done an amazing job!
