Really happy with the work completed by bravado and the great customer service they provide. We had an inside door moved from one side of the wall to the other and then some windows and doors replaced. From James coming to price it all up and being very honest about what we did and didn???t need doing to save us money, to the lads coming and doing the work efficiently with good attitudes and Philippa???s communication by email was very helpful. Their window supplier had some issues and caused me to have to wait weeks and they came back 2/3 times with the wrong size and one of them had smashed a panel on the way. This was eventually dealt with and has no bearing on my view of bravado. They were quick to take some money off the invoice and were very apologetic which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend bravado to anyone I knew that might need some work doing or just wanted some advice on anything construction based.

James and his team did our extension and recently came back to repair our roof. The work was completed to a very high standard, within quick timescales, and the whole team were professional and friendly throughout. Would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. Kulv

I contacted James at Bravado Builders with reference to work required on my roof. He was very assured in his company and the level of expertise & excellence he could offer me. After an inspection of my roof, we then agreed a price and a start date. His team arrived on the day and completed the work in 2 days. No fuss! They kept me up to date with the process and at the end, they also provided me with photographic evidence of the roof repair. I was very satisfied with both the repair as well as the professionalism of the team at Bravado Builders. I would definitely use them again and would recommend James and his team for all your building endeavours.

Needed two upstairs lintels replaced and James came out to quote and talk us through what was needed very promptly. I had a budget in mind and Bravado were towards the top of it compared to some others who quoted, but the professionalism and communication was what sold it for us so we decided to go with Bravado based on that rather than the cheapest quote, especially when the work was structural and we didn't want any mishaps. We were given a start date and then luckily some other work had been cancelled so they started to work early. Phillipa kept me informed on everything that was going on via email, which was great because the weather was not on our side and so snow and ice delayed things by a day or two, but I was kep informed the whole time and then the lads were back as soon as it was safe to start work again. The work was done to a very high standard and very efficiently. At the end of the job everything was cleared away and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend them for any building work, especially if it's structurally integral.
