Large patio area replaced. The workmen were hard working, even during the heatwave. They did an excellent job. A couple of months again the company replaced the flat roof with a waterproof membrane and a lantern roof light. Both occasions area left clean.

Fantastic experience with Total-Developments. Glen and crew were highly professional and reliable completing a variety of challenging jobs on our property. Not only did they completely replace all floorboards throughout, repair issues with a damp wall and relocate a hot water boiler, they built and finished our shower / utility room extension on time and on budget. The quality of their work is second to none, and they left the site impeccably clean each day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
