Would highly recommend Lancashire Renovations to anyone looking for any house refurbishment work. The whole team were all really friendly, professional and very efficient. They were able to carry out a wide range of work from plastering, a full electrical rewire and putting in a brand new bathroom all to a fantastic standard for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to them for any future work.

A great job done by Mark, Ryan and the team. They remodeled our upstairs to create a new bathroom, extra bedroom and en suite as well as renovating our DWC. There were additional problems encountered on the way, nothing to do with the team, this was from previous work on the house, they spotted this advised and repaired. We lived in while they were doing the work and it was fine, despite the amount of work they planned it well. I would fully recommend Lancashire Renovations and will be getting them back for future work.

EXCELLENT BUSINESS TO WORK WITH - Having been let down badly by another team of builders, what a breath of fresh air Kyle and the team from Lancashire Renovations were. Reliable, professional and communicative regarding any issues that arose. We had to manage the renovation remotely and Kyle sent videos, messages and calls to ensure everything was on track and we were happy. The whole experience had been a positive one and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a building team full of both skill and competence. They have every trade under their belt and if you ask ???I need this??? they provide someone to sort it. We are so happy with the completed work and they made the process simple and smooth. We will definitely be using them for other parts of the house and we look forward to working with them on the next project.

What can I say!? Kyle, came to visit my house where I wanted a full house renovation. Very punctual, friendly, honest, straight talking, knowledgable and skilled, he and his team began the work. I would 100% recommend Kyle to be your project manager who also gets stuck in with the plastering and dry lining and more, and goes the extra mile. Great services from his tradesmen too. Brilliant job done at reasonable prices.. Thanks Kyle you gave me a brand new home in my old traditional terraced house???
