We had Keystone come to look at opening up the back of our home in preparation for bifold doors. Dave is a character and removed all our nervousness about such a job with his extensive knowledge and clarity about every step of the process. The day finally came Dave and his team turned up on time and cracked on, we couldn???t have been happier with the outcome, kept the mess to a minimum and the end result was exactly as promised. Happy to recommend Keystone to anyone thinking of having work done, you won???t be disappointed.

David recently carried out some complex building work on my 1920???s corbelled chimney stacks, where one stack had bulged and the flaunching had failed on both stacks. He completely rebuilt one chimney stack and repointed and re-flaunched the other. The standard of work completed by David and attention to detail is second to none, with the finish product looking better than new. Communication was also brilliant throughout with David always being at the end of the phone and making time to answer any questions. David also arranged a great scaffolding firm to erect all required scaffold in time for the job to start, and a talented lead specialists to replace my lead flashing within a couple days, once we had identified that they also needed attention. In world where it???s hard to find good builders that complete work to a high standard, David and Key stone construction are a breath of fresh air. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Keystone Construction North West Ltd .We had them on site for approx 2 weeks ,David and his skilled tradesmen were hard working, punctual, clean and tidy.

I planned for two single storey extensions, both with not the easiest of positions or roof profile cuts into existing house. Dave and his team won the job and performed the work to a high standard, with a high level of professionalism. Special merit to Dave who controlled the site keeping the disruption to a minimum and making sure it was always as clean and tidy as possible, along with dealing with a planning issue that arose and was flexible in the delay to completion of the job that this caused. Would fully recommend this company for building projects...

David and the Team have done an excellent job renovating the kitchen and bathroom on our elderly parents bungalow in Poulton. All the work was conducted to a high standard, to timescales and on budget. I have no hesitation recommending Keystone Construction and look forward to working with them again.
