Grant and the lads did a great job installing 3 RSJs and rebuilding our landing to accommodate 3 supporting walls being taken down. Currently renovating a house and will 100% be using them again. Fast efficient work, good price, great quality of work, tidied up after themselves and always on time which is a big thing for me. Said the job would be finished on a certain day and the lads stayed late on the last day to get it finished (they had been delayed by a delivery of material) which I really appreciated.

From start to finish, Leabra Construction NW Ltd carried out the work on our link extension in a dedicated and professional manner. The team, under the direction of the MD, Grant Leary, were approachable, friendly and helpful in getting our project completed. The company was competitive in their pricing, with quality and standards being an overriding factor in their approach. We would recommend Leabra Construction NW Ltd to anyone looking for a Chartered Builder and thank them for a job well done. J & S

Absolutely thrilled with Leabra and the team today. Service was outstanding from start to finish. I called this morning about an emergency floor issue, and they arrived within the hour. They explained the issue to me and what options were available. Kept me updated throughout the day and were respectful of my property. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently discovered that an upstairs chimney breast was held up by what was essentially a toothpick and so very unsafe. The complicating factor was that the breast was situated above my kitchen, which is only several years old and of a high spec. The chimney needed to be held up by steels and much to my dismay, the lads could only do this via the kitchen. I tasked Grant and his team to secure the chimney breast and to return my kitchen back to it's original state, which of course was highly anxiety provoking for all those involved. Grant, from beginning to end was always open about the level of risk but reassuring about the competency of his company in their to meet the demands of the job. I was able to go away on holiday and return to a very nearly completed job. Along the way, I had the privelage of meeting many of the tradesman that all worked tirelessly and round the clock to give us our family home back. We now have our home back and feel safe knowing it is structurally sound. I can't thank the team enough for taking on such a mammoth task, they've all been highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company in the future.
