We???ve had the best experience with Kingswood, especially with Donna in the Homestead sales centre. We are due to move into our new home in the next few weeks and everything so easy. Donna has been super helpful, speedy communicating back and forth with us and she helped enormously when making our choices. The whole process has been seamless. The houses are gorgeous and the community seems lovely. We can???t wait to get in!

We???ve been really impressed with our home at the Homestead development. The quality is obvious in every room ??? everything feels solid, well-designed, and finished to a high standard. But what???s made it even better is the community.

An absolute shambles of a company who lie to potential buyers and ignore local residents complaints about breach of planning rules, drainage issues, site staff being verbally abusive. I could go on. The houses are practically built on top of each other and over-priced. After witnessing this site being developed from the beginning, I would urge anybody to avoid buying on here.

Just love the Kingswood Homestead collection at Blackburn. Donna the Sales agent has been Professional throughout with amazing customer service. Although we haven???t made a purchase yet Donna has been brilliant with options and plans that we are excited about for the future. A beautiful designed Housing estate with matching customer service.

Couldn???t recommend Kingswood enough, a fantastic, smooth move here to the Holmstead range from start to finish down to the wonderful customer service from Donna in the sales office to Danny managing a wonderful site and team of approachable, happy builders. The most incredible team of people who go above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy! We are more than happy with our beautiful new home, thank you so so much Kingswood! X
