We used Damian Lee Building for our recent house renovation and extension. They provided a first class 'turnkey' project. They organised everything including design, organising planning permission and building regulation approval. The tradesmen they employ are experienced, quality workmen but also friendly and accommodating, a pleasure to have in your house. Similarly the sub-contract trades were equally professional and of a high standard. Particularly mention to Harrison the project manager who communicates well all the way through, organised everything and kept to the programme. And Ryan the joiner who skillfully re-fitted the kitchen and with Callum completed all the joinery through the job. Overall we are delighted with job.

Deciding to take the plunge and take on a single storey side extension in my own home was a terrifying thought. But after a lot of thinking and finding the right builder in Damian Lee Building, I decided to go ahead. From pricing, through design, getting planning consent to construction and completion, all members of the team worked fantastically well together. There was great communication every step of the way. Working on time and to budget. I felt reassured that everything was in hand and I had made the right decision choosing Damian Lee Building for my project. I would definitely use them again. Thank you to the Damian Lee Team!

Damian Lee did a garage conversion to a home office on my new build house. The work was carried out very professionally. All of the team used were very friendly and trustworthy. The billing and payment structure was set out very clearly at the start of the project, therefore no unwelcome surprises. I was consulted during the work on options, therefore got what I wanted. The finish to the work was to a really nice standard. Happy to recommend ????

We engaged with Damian Lee Building following a recommendation. The spec. was to demolish an existing conservatory and replace it with an extension. This also included installation of a new kitchen. From our first meetings with Damian and Harrison right through to completion of our extension we were delighted with both the service and the end product. All of the team were great, the site was left tidy every day and we really appreciated the fact that they tried to ensure that we experienced as little disruption as possible throughout the build. Communication was excellent throughout the project and we were kept informed of any updates at all times. We now live predominantly in our new space and absolutely love it. Thank you to all the team, and they really are a great team Everyone played their part and we couldn???t be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend Damian Lee Building.

We are now six months from when our building work was finished. Delighted with the result It involved removing a conservatory, building an extension and a whole new kitchen with bifold doors which is a dream to work and live in. Harrison , project manager kept us fully informed at all times and the whole team involved were polite , positive and extremely pleasant. As far as any problems that arose , and they did I will quote Ryan the joiner. ???There are no problems just solutions ???. Totally recommend this company.
