SKD Loft Conversion Specialists have been brilliant. This was not an easy project, but Sarah the Project Manager has managed it very well and kept me informed at all times and asked for all requirements in good time. Dan and Archie have been courteous and hard working. Steve the carpenter has been outstanding. We now have a beautiful light airy room at the top of the house with a quality ensuite bathroom. I cannot recommend SKD too highly.

SKD did our loft conversion from January - March 2025. We were delighted with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist loft conversion company. The project was managed very efficiently from beginning to end, the tradesmen were all friendly and hard working, and everything went according to plan. Amazing! We are thrilled with the results. Thank you to everyone at SKD!

We had just had our loft converted by SKD, and are absolutely thrilled with the results. We???ve been so impressed with them throughout the whole process - everyone has been great but particularly Charlie, Alfie, Mike and Charley who worked so hard and did such high-quality work. Sarah has also been such a pleasure to deal with - answering all emails really quickly and explaining every step of the process clearly. Everyone we???ve had working at the house has arrived on time, been helpful and pleasant to be around, and have completed the work to a really high standard. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SKD to others who are considering a loft conversion.

A big thank you to SKD for our gorgeous new loft en-suite bedroom + home office. SKD have been highly professional, organized, and the process was very slick. We have two little children and their safety was taking into consideration when the works to the staircases was being carried out. Sarah was brilliant at helping us plan the space and choose the bathroom suite. Our main builders, Dan, Archie and Charlie were very reliable and easy to communicate with. SKD came recommended to us, and we have already recommended them to other friends in Bath.

Having a major change to your home is something not to be taken lightly. Choosing a builder that you can trust and work with is hard. Right from the beginning engagement with SKD was straight forward and professional. Early involvement with our project helped shape the outcome and we are very pleased with the result. SKD managed everything from scaffolding to plastering and second fix. The on-site team was well lead with the team putting in a full day???s work every day. Material deliveries and third parties such as electricians were all well managed and coordinated. Contractors and additional resources from SKD arrived as required. Skips came and went, all with little involvement from us. The result is that in less than 3 months we went from an attic to full height loft conversion with which we are delighted. We highly recommend SKD. They are professional, courteous, considerate, clean and tidy.
