If you need someone to work on your house, Michael is your guy. We've booked him for several jobs over the last year, from minor household maintenance to plumbing and building work. He's currently fitting a new shower for us and modifying cupboards to improve airflow and reduce condensation. Michael is not only a true all-rounder who delivers excellent results at a fair price - he's also honest and trustworthy. On more than one occasion he's talked me out of work I don't need to do, or suggested a more cost-effective way of achieving the desired result. We can't recommend Prince Construction highly enough.

Michael has done a number of jobs for me ranging from decorating to plumbing and replacing a window. He has always been very responsive and does a great job at a fair price. He also tells you when something doesn't need doing which shows his honesty. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael and will be using him for other jobs in the future.

I have used Michael for quite a few jobs, including redecorating and plumbing jobs. He has always been amazing. Very responsive and will go out of his way to help you as quickly as he can. He has always done anything I've asked him to do to a very high quality and for a very good, fair price. I would honestly really recommend him to anyone.

I don't know if Michael Prince needs my review as he has so many brilliant reviews already! First, his polite, attentive and caring attitude is second to none. He listens to you and it's clear that he is happy to do the work as you want it done. He worked really fast in several areas of my property, and the results were far, far better than I ever imagined they'd be. His fees are not over the top, and very acceptable. After each job that he did, I made sure that I paid him immediately. He deserved the same consideration that he gave me. Don't hesitate. Choose Michael and you'll never regret your decision!

Mike@ Prince Construction is simply a brilliant builder. We have worked him on a few occasions. He totally rebuilt and reconfigured two bathrooms for us, rebuilt walls, installed new skylights and laid a patio. His prices are fair and transparent. He is fast and extremely conscientious and always does a brilliant job. He is very proud of his skills and the level of finish and professionalism is outstanding. Highly recommended.
