We had a fantastic experience with Ben and his team. I was expecting doing a large extension to be hell but it was a complete pleasure from the start. Ben's quote was so detailed compared to all the others we recieved. Ben and his team helped all the way through with decision making and problem solving. They were extremely professional and great to have around.

Richard Barnes are a family run business. The refurbishment of our home was extensive and involved the building of a double garage, loft conversion and large extensions and took a year. During that year we found Ben and his team to be professional, reliable and solutions focussed, which resulted in savings of time and money. They came in on time and were a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his teams and use them again in the future.

Great team. Very responsive. Nice guys to have around the house. They get the vision and deliver on expectations. Very customer focused. We are halfway through our second project with them. If we do a third we would definitely use Richard, Ben and the team again. Highly recommended.

Ben and his team at Richard Barnes Ltd completed our double garage and master bedroom extension in 2021. They offered a highly professional service, top quality skilled tradesmen who took great pride in their work and delivered the project in the timescales promised. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to compete their project.

Richard Barnes Ltd are a family business but with a very professional feel. As the client you always feel part of the project, without the stress. Regular updates and transparent costings was a real positive. We have had three projects with Ben and the team and they will be my first choice every time.
