I have had Bodman Builders in a couple of times over the last 2-3 years to do work from a complete patio build into a knock through kitchen and full kitchen install. The work is always done to a very high standard and is very thorough. His team are polite and knowledgeable and treat the workplace with respect. I would highly recommend them for all types of work.

We used Bodman Builders for our Potton self build home. We were introduced to them as John had done his own self build some years previously. This was a significant project and whilst we naturally had a number of quotes, the team was competitive and their work was outstanding. Both John and Jake offered support and advice over and above what we contracted them to do. They worked with us and supported us through the entire process. I've recommended them on numerous occasions and am pleased they have also completed projects for friends as a result of recommendation. I would not hesitate to contact them again should we need anything doing in the future.

Bodman Builders have completed a number of tasks for us and I cannot rate them nor recommend them highly enough. As well as being just very nice people, with a great team of multi trade staff, the work is exceptional and is always been finished to the highest of standards. When we first decided to get some work done, we weren't too sure of exactly what we wanted, in our heads it made sense but we didn't know how to get the end result. Jake and the wider team were 'up front', patient and explained very clearly the various options available to us and when asked provided us with very clear and simple breakdown of work required including how long we could expect the work to take. As a natural sceptic (with a hint of OCD) I am used to following tradesmen around checking up on completed work and clearing up after them; no such thing with these guys. I was beaten to it by a member of the team every time (usually Jake). Our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day so we could get on with our lives and considering we both work from home they were never under our feet or in the way; even pausing the noise whilst I had an important call. This consideration is more than valuable and demonstrates the 'can do' approach from the whole team. If you're looking to get work completed to the very highest of standards, then this is the team for you. VERY highly recommended. A+++.

We had a single-storey lean-to extension completed by Bodman Builders, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, well-organised, and stress-free. Being a family-run business, they really take pride in their work and it shows in every aspect of the build. The team was reliable, hardworking, and always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and they kept us informed at every stage of the project. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the finished extension has exceeded our expectations. It's refreshing to find a builder who delivers exactly what they promise, on time and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Bodman Builders to anyone considering an extension or building project. A genuine, trustworthy family business that produces fantastic results.

Great to be able to use a local building company with expert knowledge on working with older properties. When obtaining quote, Jake was the only builder to talk to us about using specific materials due to the type of build we had. He was keen to ensure we understood the difference and the impact they would make to the build and beyond. He listened to our requirements and offered thoughts and suggestions as to how we could meet those. The quote was the most thorough and transparent we received and was broken down into specifics that we could understand, allowing us to make plans with regard to finances etc. Once work started the whole team were very considerate that this was our home and we had to live here whilst work was undertaken. They did their best to ensure disruption was kept to as minimal as could be, which was really helped. Bodman Builders did a great job for us, and we???re so pleased with how it turned out. Changes we made along the way were accommodated with no issue to and all of our requirements were met. As a first project of this nature for us it went really well and due to planning and experience of Bodman Builders we came in on budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Bodman Builders for any building needs and are already working with them again on some minor interior work ????
